frankie paul - strange feeling?

the other day I was speaking to someone about which (early 80's) frankie paul LP's are good to have...This guy comes out and says "Yeah...but he's a bati boy!" Having never heard this before I was a little surprised but since I am not paticularly Homophobic (nor do I condone homsexuality) so It really didn't matter to me. I think most of you will agree that Frankie Paul was one of the foremost reggae /dancehall artists in the era of reggae that this site reflects on (specifically early to mid 80's). I'm not ging to stop listening to his music just because of this news, and ultimately my response to this fellow I was speaking with, was [jokingly] "If frankie PAul is gay, well then I guess I like gay reggae singers." what are your thoughts on this? Strange Feeling is an absolutely top notch album. My favourite FP album in fact.
