I ordered a CD-R directly from Earl Zero. I was able to overlook the flaws due to the fact that it was signed and personalized to me and my family. He also sent me an e-mail inviting me to a performance since I also live in California, but it was too far for me to travel. Anyway, nice guy and a favorite artist of mine. But I can see why it could be an issue if you spent a good deal of money and didn't get what you were expecting.
