michigan & smiley 'you see me' 45

Just noticed this one at the local record shop.
Its on RAS, 1984. Does this have similar
production (Roots Radics at Tuff Gong) as the
Sugar Daddy LP?

correction:
'you see me' is the B side to this 45,
the A side is 'reggae ska'. Any thoughts on this
one?
