Hey,
I'm moving up to new york this month and i was wondering if there any good reggae record stores/thift stores etc... besides jammyland. I know most people don't like to give away their spots...but if anyone wants to help a brotha out it would be cool...Zach.

www.deadlydragonsound.com in chinatown has tons of 7'' and lots of vintage records, about 5 - 10 minutes from jammyland. Also VP records in queens. Theres also coxsone studio one store in brooklyn !! among few others ive heard of, but those are the only im real familiar with.

moodies or vp are good spots for new rhythms etc. jammyland gets some new stuff but is so disorganized you might miss them. good place for reissues etc. othermusic gets alot of the souljazz import comps etc for good prices.
