Re: reggae drug!!!!
I train in boxing, kickboxing & mma in general, Capleton & Sizzla get me pumped especially "Cooya" by Capleton and "Attack" by Sizzla, in fact I have a mixed cd that I use when I workout for my standup and cardio. I'll get the tracklist later...
I use more relaxing reggae for rolling or lifting like Scientist's Space Invaders, last week we grappled to Stephen Marley's Mind Control. I teach too so I get to pump the reggae while training.
My boxing instructor always pumps a Guns & Roses, Bon Jovi, Quiet Riot mix it doesn't work well for me but it puts him in the right frame of mind.
My kempo instructor listens to hip hop and old school when training.
My kickboxing/mma coach is from Holland and usually plays electro house dance orientated Euro trance type music.

Dreadlocked Lennox Lewis (who is of Jamaican blood) used to walk into the ring to Bob Marley & the Wailers "Crazy Baldheads" & later on in his career to Capleton's "Who Dem"

(Also for you Roots guys who don't enjoy the newer stuff), when I'm feeling lazy and need motivation I listen to Lee Scratch Perry's "Throw Some Water In"-It has some great phrases on exercise.
