When will Captain Sinbad's album "The Seven Voyages Of Captain Sinbad" be reissued on Greensleeves on CD?

Why can this sleeve not be re-issued, its just an album cover after all.

The sleeve can't make it to CD because it's a great drawing and if it was to be reduced to cd size, it would lost its appeal...
