I have been trying to track down this CD for at least 5 months. A few times people have offered it for sale only to come back and state that their sources couldn't supply the CD.
Does anyone know where I can find this CD?

All three seller had to refund me because they couldn't come through. They were offering somehting for sale they did not have in stock. Thanks anyway guys!
