Barry Brown "I'm Still Waiting" LP

A while back i went Diggin'in the Crates for records. There was one Barry brown "I'm still waiting" 1983 sleeve but no LP, if anyone has listened to it i want get your opinion, Is it any good, worth checking out or i should not even bother cause i've not seen it on the archives

Last I remember it was on Rocktone Int. was the label not sure. I was so mad that the Lp was not there so i just threw it. I spent two extra hrs looking for it but couldn't find it
