am looking 4 an admiral tibett tune from the 90,s.its an excurssion combination from the luciano riddim.;;gimme a runaway ticket.

On the same riddim as Luciano's 'One Away Ticket', pretty sure you're looking for Tibet's song called 'Behold The Rastaman'.
It can be found on a CD called: 'Give Thanks For Reggae' - but I also think I've seen it on a 12 inch. Maybe someone else can confirm that - or confirm if it has or hasn't been released as a 7 inch record.
