My favourite has got to be "What the Girl Dem Like" - not the version cut on Sugar Minott's "Uptown Girl" (Sweet talking rhythm) but the one cut on the "My Satisfaction" rhythm.
It was Yellowman at his peak commanding the audience, toasting live on Kilimanjaro Sound System. Here's a link but it has suffered a bit in the transition to MP3:
