a question about ebreggae

Does anyone have some experience of the site www.ebreggae.com? I recently orderd some cds from there and I have not recieved an email confirming my order. The main reason I am bothered by this is that I chose to have the package sent via FedEx. Normally FedEx customers get sent a tracking number in order to know where their package is at any given time and how long they have to wait until the package reaches them.

All answers to my question are greatly appreciated.

eb used to be very swift out the door, but my last order didn't ship for 5 days at which time I received shipping confirmation, though I never received order confirmation when ordering.

i always got order confirmation next business day , i never had a problem . i was suprised when they called my house when i forgot to update my information

I've always had a confirmation e-mail from them and then tracking info from Fedex. Are you sure there's no typo in the e-mail address you provided? Believe, I work in a company that sells over the Internet and most people who complain about not having received a confirmation e-mail have mis-typed their e-mail address...

I'd try sending him an e-mail to see if they can trace it.

One of the best places to get reggae online period! Totally trustworthy and great customer service compared to many other places. I currently live in Norway and my orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 days! Not bad at all!

I just checked my email, seems to me that the reason the order was not confirmed until now is that I ordered the cds during the weekend. I can't wait to get my hands on them!

About 10% of the customers type in their email address wrong, so many confirmations never make it to them. We do send confirmations when we ship.

Another possible problem: check you spam inbox. A lot of our email is tagged as spam because our mailing list is not maintained as well as it should be (we don't remove email addresses that bounce frequently enough, and that raises your spam score).

i have to say i only had good experiences with ebreggae even if shipping prices are quite rough for european customers, have to buy at least 150 € of records.

note to selecta bing : please stop linking your (or your friends) shop on EVERY thread, once a while is enough.
