The Messenger / Marcus Garvey

I was converting some old cassettes to mp3 and came across these two tracks I believe to be "The Messenger" & "Marcus Garvey" by Congo Ashanti Roy, for some bizarre reason it appears I faded out them out (on my original tape) which leads to believe they are from a 12".

Apart from the above information I know nothing else about the tracks so can anbody help with the label, year or any other information please. I have googled but without any luck yet.
