The three compos on Ballistic are often overlooked, and yet they have some gems hidden on them.

The third, Ballistic Breakouts is probably the best and yet is still missing from the RA database. I thought I had sent the Mods a scan of it a while ago but perhaps not?

When it comes to Compilations, CD rules!

If I had to pick only 5... I would go for these (for now).

My favorites right now.

* Down In A Tenement Yard (Sufferation & Love In The Ghetto)
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/4824
* Jack Ruby Presents The Black Foundation http://www.roots-archives.com/release/1076
* Keep On Coming Through the Door http://www.roots-archives.com/release/2069
* Children Of Jah http://www.roots-archives.com/release/32
* Dub Gone Crazy http://www.roots-archives.com/release/321

The "Keep On Coming Through the Door" album was my introduction to the great DJs. Still my favorite DJ collection.

I just bought the "Down in a Tenement Yard" and "Children of Jah". Both excellent. Really happy with both.

To me, numba one without any doubt : Safe Travel - http://www.roots-archives.com/release/3983

And in no particular order :
- Arkology - http://www.roots-archives.com/release/304
- Darker Than Blue / Soul from Jamdown - http://www.roots-archives.com/release/477
- Jack Ruby Hi-Fi - http://www.roots-archives.com/release/558
- Rare grooves reggae (compilations by the french radio Nova) especially #2 and #4 (there are 5 actually)
http://www.novaplanet.com/nova-shop/57, ... ae-04.html
http://www.novaplanet.com/nova-shop/17, ... ae-02.html

I cheat a bit but let's say Rare grooves reggae #4 among Radio Nova compilations and that makes a selection of 5 compilations.
