www.unitysounds.com is a rip off

This goes out to the reggae community. Since December 2006 I placed a order with ( http://www.unitysounds.com ) for a Christmas present. And it is August 2007 and I have not received not one thing from them. I e-mailed and e-mail, they give me every excuse in the book. I'm so vexed on this whole thing. Has anybody got the shaft like me? It is wrong when you work hard for your money and get taking for a bumpy ride.

Any one with a situation like me?

Where have you been emailing? unitysounds.com looks like a portal to me? are you sure of the website address?

I just went on the site and I don't know what happened. They must have gave the site to someone else. That is not the web site. (???????????????)

Good looking out on that Seb. This is really a bummer. You feel violated when something like this happens. Just like that is was gone. Like I said, since December of last year I made the order. I will follow up on the info you gave me.

Contact your credit card issuer Blackstar, the buck stops with them when transactions fail to deliver (at least under UK and EU law it does)

Leggo is right, in the U.S. if you use a credit card you can call the credit card company and file a complaint, they will take over contacting the company, (the company doesn't like this at all and will sometimes get you what you ordered VERY quickly) and if you do not receive the goods you will be credited the purchase price. I unfortunately know this from experience with a different music retailer.

Really is quite some time since you have made the order, this may interfere with your claim, i have had problems with companies going bankrupt especially when using tokens or claim points that have been saved up. "oh you bought those on credit so it wasnt like your losing much" style answer
