Most people prefer King Tubby Meets Rockers Uptown. It's considered Pablo's masterpiece. An awesome piece of work. Many call it the greatest dub album of all time.
Personally though, my favorite is East of the River Nile. It's an instrumental (not strictly dub) album and has a wonderful sound that somehow feels heavy and mysterious while also bright and natural at the same time.

The three ones I keep highest in regard are the ones already mentioned. Pick them in any order you like but be sure to pick all of them. Fantastic albums all of them.

Along with these three classics already mentioned I'd also recommend "King Tubby Meets Rockers Ina Firehouse"....

I agree 100% with everyone's choices so far. Every album mentioned is a killer... But speaking of "killer"... (best segueway ever) Also check out an album called "Who Say Jah No Dread." It's a collaboration between Pablo and Jacob "Killer" Miller. Showcase style- vocals followed by dubs.

The "BEST" is the one YOU like.......
Apparently he did some "duds" but I have not heard them.
Tetrack "Let's Get Started" / Rockers International "Eastman Dub" is great.
