Wackies

Post by king g »

I have just ordered the Prince Douglas LP Dub Roots. This is the first record i have ordered on this label. It looks outstanding, could anyone recommend any other crucial releases on Wackies...

Many thanks

The Wackies label is full of great albums. Here are a few that I have had the pleasure of listening to:

Finest female vocals on the label in my opinion!

The one you got coming is a real killa King G, it is a big time favourite LP of mine.

If you stick to the late 70s early 80s Wackies output you can hardly go wrong. But, for me at least, some of the later digital stuff is pretty awful.

all classic Wackies dubwise:

[cover=1673,1958][cover=941,1089][cover=335,386][cover=5752,4312]

I don't rate their digital stuff either...

all of them have something wicked. Jah Batta is my favorite. theres a cool lone ranger jam "reggae music sweet", http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYIoCkO90IA
and sugar minott album "wicked a go feel it". Wackies a di best, JAH know!
