Yes it is a bootleg and I believe it is seeding on the Marley Tosh Freeforums. It is from Los Angeles, CA, The Roxy Club

i've seen this on ebay, it goes for about $40,there's another tosh bootleg which has been pressed to vinyl called "Dealing with the Shitstem" which i would prefer to island zorro due to the awesome cover drawing
