I'm am looking to take care of my brain better these days, i just quit smoking ganja a couple of months ago. i am wondering what kinds of foods or suppliments are good for your brain.

How about "Brain Foods" and not puttin` SO much in yer spliff.Knowing yourself and your body,good healthy foods and good karma,these things are good for your brain!Healthy body = healthy mind.

I'm going to start with Fish Oil supplements and almonds.

That was not aimed at you AnorakTrev. I totally aggree that good food is part of your mental health (as well as your physical health) but vocabulary like "brain food" and the site mentioned above are means used by crooks and sects to abuse naive people. And trust facts and reflection, not "common sense", it often leads to wrong conclusions.

i kicked the weed a year ago after 20 years. quit the dragon stoutas well. my advice drink plenty of water, take exercise and eat green vegetables.


to get a hit you haffe fit.....
