Hi
In Brighton tomorrow and, as I haven't been there for absolutely years, have no idea what's what.
Any feedback gratefully accepted.

Dunno about reggae but you can buy hard drugs on just about any street corner nowadays. Used to go there all the time, but I don't like the place anymore and so I avoid it.

Thanks for the input. I'll get my parents to move to Lincoln.

Hi 6anbatte,
Go to the Lanes, there`s a few down there. Also go right down to the end of the Lanes (east),and turn left @ the end and 100yds. up that the street is a secondhand record shop, well worth a nosey!Apologies for being a bit vague.
Happy hunting
Trevor

Hey Trevor
Good to hear from you. Thanks for that.
I know that area very well.
Used to go to Shades on a Friday night back in the late 70's/early 80's.

If anyone is going to Brighton I can confirm that Trevor was right to recommend "The Wax Factor", 24 Trafalgar Street. Very pleased with my 4 album purchases (and in good nick!).
Check the map before you go though as it really isn't the sort of place you would happen to walk past.
Also thought there was a really mellow vibe. Mind you I do live in Streatham!

No point in going there now if 6anbatte has mopped up all the reggae bargains!
If Brighton seemed to have a mellow vibe after Streatham, then you *should* try Lincoln!

Hey Leggo Rocker
My generous nature meant that I left plenty for those I knew would be following in my footsteps!
I went to Lincoln once; it was closed!!
