have a copy of 'heart of the congos' for long time, but a year or so ago i picked up the 2LP set from blood and fire for 10 or 15 euro on e bay. well worth the money, pristine pressing of this classic. bargain of the year for me.

I bought a very cheap job lot of LPs and 12 inch 45s earlier this year and in there was an almost MINT copy of this (which usually sells for plenty!):

I also once bought the pre-release of Leggo Dub for £1.50. But that was in 1979 and I subsequently sold it for 50p...

[cover=2272,2623] and [cover=4780,4102] for 8€ each on ebay shipping cost included
[cover=5188,704] [cover=7331,4032] [cover=541,648] [cover=3868,804] [cover=1675,1963] and some others Studio One (70s or early 80s pressings) for 3€ each and a lot of others for the same price
[cover=4812,168] for 12€ on ebay and [cover=160,168] for 2€
[cover=3057,119] for 2€
and more generally, i have an average under 6€ for all the LPs I have. Began at the end of 2004 to look for records.
