To me it sounds like UK tune UK reggae band,
i think it looks like a little the great Band Capital Letters but i m sure it s not them perhaps it could be a part of this band with another name but who ? i dont kno definitively

So any suggestions i will appreciate

indeed the singer does have a resembelence to the lead singer of capital letters but in that band it sound like they all sing becuase there is always a girls back voice in every capital letters song and in this one it dosn't. and i was listening to it while i was stoned.

I have no idea who that is. It's definitely NOT Capital Letters. Their album Vinyard doesn't have girls in it. Very hard album
