Anyone know what does Dyon Anaswa mean? In what language?

I thought it was Swahili but no luck with the on-line swahili to english dictionary.

In "People Funny Boy" it says "...seemingly in African language.." which implies (to me anyway) that it doesn't mean anything; that the words are just made up.

I really wish Lee Perry did alot more of them kinda tunes, like bird in hand, +Shoulder to wheel, i think them the ones i thinking of, similar tunes, with nonsense words knowing lee perry but very effective. Shame that no artists latched onto this style and explored it some more, any suggestions of tunes, artists?
