I was watching a bob marley interview the other day. it said dat he smoke an ounce a week! All i have to say is that is a lot and i hate the bad image a lot of people have on weed

an ounce a week is pretty heavy, almost an eighth a day, but for nesta, that isnt too much. is inly about two massive spliffs inna king size skin a day. i would not be surprised to hear that he smoked more than a quarter pound a week.

Keep in mind that the quality of ganja back then was far lower than that of today. It's likely that he was mostly smoking leaves with tiny buds mixed in. At any rate, he definitely wasn't smoking the kind of stuff I can get here in BC!

better herb is much more common today then back then I agree but Jamdown has super fertile soil! Im sure Bob had his chalice filled w/ fine herb

Man, being from the caribbean i have no doubt that Bob was smoking pretty good herb.Also i believe there had to be a couple of friends to smoke with!!

Ya i agree that he had good shit, jus as good as anything i see out here in hawaii. you think he was paying a shit load of money or growing in and recievin it?

There's a lot more to growing ganja than good soil... back in the 70s most growers didn't even realize that it went through a flowering stage after the vegetative. They'd just chop it when it grew to a sufficient height. Even then, it's still not that simple.
