if you're talking the wailers and that song it was recorded in randy's studio 17, never in the black ark

As I said, I always thought Lee Perry only produced in his Ark. But Soul Rebel was recorded back in 69-70, right? Maybe the Ark wasnt built yet?

ok, the ark was built in like 1973, recordings started the year after that

perry recorded the wailers at randy's in those years you mention, when randy's was new
