jamaican music never died , so how can uk reggae have mashed it up?? Greats such as Macka b, Papa levi and peter king...great uk reggae that is....

the best uk reggae was certainly the early 1980s, until saxon and uk bubblers went into decline/demise..shame..nothing as good is about these days.....

the saxon lp coughing up fire from 84,it was only las week i played it.had to jack it up myself a few times.as we know daddy rusty chat different from the rest.and sandy hold the mic in his right hand with an absulutely firm grip

they need to sell these tapes..and sell them cheap, yeah very cheap..thats how i like my reggae..cheap and classic too

yeah..noticeable that nobody has attempted to show me any uk reggae as good as papa levi and macka b et al, were back in the 80s. thats because they quite simply cant.

great reggae.And cockney translation and police officer were real classics too. Now someone out there must know WHO was papa levi deriding on 84TION.. when he said

At the time i felt he was chatting about Smiley..but Smiley i thought , was excellent.
