Can you name the artist?

Greetings all,

Just got this 12'' that I purchased for the DJ track "Prince Hammer - Knickers" it's a double AA 12'' with this tune on the flip (see link below), unfortunately the label has been damaged and torn I did get the title correct (I hope) I've checked all the usual avenues RKR.....Tapirs (who has only one side listed) ect.
