Almost positive it was re-released in July of 2000.

Thanks much Matthew. Was curious to see if I found an original record or not. This is probably the July 2000 reissue then.

Got it 2nd hand from a record store. No date on it at all. I'm not familiar with the artist, bought it mainly for the crazy cover.

Ohh yeah, with the mic taped to himself and that crazy wild west style back cover.
Definitely different, i'd date it about 87 wouldn't you say?
