Excellent record, better than I expected. Hard sounds. If you like early 80's style then get it.

I was wondering if anybody has the CD since it has 12" and other songs not on the LP.

i would say 50-50, expected something better but i would recommend LONELY GIRL or MORE VIBES WITH BARRY BROWN instead by King Culture also.

Personally I really rate the Howie Smart album. Hard, hard hitting rhythms and excellent vocals in the Leroy Smart-vein. I would definitely recommend it (especially for the rather cheap price it goes for on eBay).

The CD collects some great 12" and also tracks from the other Howie Smart meets King Culture LP that was released (called Rock & Come In - oddly enough featuring the same cover art).

I have a bunch of these if anyone wants one. I'd side with the 50-50 comment, but say that the good fifty are very good
hard hitting culture productions - many of which pair up with his other riddims.

I agree, that fifty percent of most of howie smart's album is really good, the rythm is just hard, but yes most of his albums are well done though most of them have the same rythms with different vocals.
