New Town Sound is, I believe, the name of Trojan's own music publishing company. Which would suggest they claim to own the song, not Far I, hence the credit. Maybe?

But I agree, it would seem like there's a lot of sloppiness in these box set sleeve notes.

Ites!

Surely mistake is part of human being affairs but sometimes is more lack of dedication or sensibility. Right Leggo, New Town Sound is Trojan associated music publishing company. Mi tink simply who was writting de notes had a lapse.

What about track 11 on CD3

The Mighty Diamonds - Ghetto Living?

Is that the real thing?

Yes Survival. It´s right. "Ghetto Living" is a Joe Gibbs production by The Mighty Diamonds.

Sorry bredas!
Mi said CD2 track 10 is "Guess Who´s Coming To Dinner" but actually is Michael Rose´s "Clap The Barber" ina extended version (together wid The Observer Band´s "Run Bald Head Dub"). "Guess Who´s Coming To Dinner" was Michael Rose wid Black Uhuru. Same riddim both an that´s why dis mistake. Maybe happen to mi same ting dat happens who wrote de compilation notes.
