I think you are speaking about 'Too Much Imitators' who is the only alternate version by the same artist.

Technically, tenements are multi-unit apartments. But, the word has come to mean slum or ghetto apartments. They are usually huge, multi-unit buildings that house many, many people. Tenement Yards are the central area where the people who live in these tenements hang out.
