I have Black Star Liner and Love and Only Love in my collection. I enjoy both of these a lot.
Is Missing Link as good? I know it is supposed to be from the same era. Is it worth picking up?

Definitely worth picking up!!!
Missing Link is considered a part two or follow-up to Black Star Liner.

Jason,
I think you'll be pretty happy, it has the same feel as Black Star Liner.

"The Only Dub" is one of my favorites tunes; really raw rockers.
If I'm right, as the tunes on the "Missing Link" album couln't get a realese in the 70's, they have been reworked recently and not all of the sound is from back then... but worth grabbing!

It's a good one.The songs "Child Of The King","Wheat & Tears" & "Judge Not" are solid rockers reggae.Well, for me that is,:D I keep them constantly on my shuffle.

Re: Fred Locks Question
Got this in 2 days ago. It is a really nice set of tracks. It does have the same vibe as the two that I mentioned. So, I am very happy I went ahead. Thanks for the advice.
Also, I thought the liner notes were great. They take a swipe at VP and call them pirates. He's cutting down a label in the notes of that label's product!
