Jamrock,
You're in luck. Trojan recently put out this set:

Kung Fu(Reggae vs. Martial Arts)
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/4008

Then of course there is Scratch:

Lee Perry - Return Of Wax
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/244

The Upsetters - Kung Fu Meets The Dragon
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/625

The Upsetters - Heart Of The Dragon (~reissue of above)
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/300

The above Scratch can be found on the recently reissued(Also includes Musical Bones)
Lee Perry - Dubstrumentals
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/4119

Then there's Prince Jammy:

Prince Jammy - Kamikazi Dub
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/1552

All these have great covers. I myself am a HUGE fan of Both Reggae and Martials Arts films.

Hope these help,
Papa D
