yes that is an awesome track but not the same one i am thinking of.
it starts off "nuclear weapons...(and "weapons" echoes about 10 times) then the bass starts. from what i recall, only bass n drums. very heavy.
it must be off that album on on u sound but i have no way to access it.
ill keep on looking though.

the track you're looking for is Water The Garden (Remix) by Prince Far I from Pay It All Back Volume 2. It starts with those words (echoes & repeats). That unreleased remix - Nuclear Weapon - is presumably also based on it. The earlier version of Water The Garden from the Singers & Players album Revenge Of The Underdog doesn't mention nuclear weapons.

Oh,OK yes,I am listening to that one on PIAB vol 2 now.
It is a bit of a chopped up one.

Starts then stops then drops into WATER THE GARDEN.

PIAB liner notes says
