It's an open secret that Scientist Dub Landing(vol1) is one of the best out there , then the other Scientist material.
A few others off my list are
Prince Jammy - Destroys The Space Invaders ,
Prince Jammy - Strictly Dub( this one http://members.shaw.ca/dublp3/strictly.html)

Africa Revolutionair - Ballroom Rock

African Roots - Act 5

Dr Alimantado - In The Mix Chapter 2

...Ah well , the list might not end :)

In my (personal) opinion the best dub tune ever is "Franco Nero" on the Dread Baldhead album by I-Roy.
On the same album you will also find "La Paloma".

Check out "Natural Mystic" on Chalawa's Exodus Dub.

Side 2 of Dreadlocks Dread by Big Youth has some fine dub tunes (the hole album is one of my favourites).

For complete dub albums I would suggest King Tubby's Dubmaster and Tommy McCook's Blazing Horns.
