Tighten Up @ Rhum Jungle, London. Any good?

Greetings.
Does anybody know details about TIGHTEN UP at Rhum Jungle in Islington, London(every first Friday of the month).
I really like 70s Roots, Dub and Rockers but I hate contemporary Dancehall. Maybe someone can let me know if it is worth going there, what kind of Reggae they play and what kind of crowd hangs out there. As I don't come to London very often I don't want to waste time and money at a shitty club.

You'll find the music you like every month at the Bodega Social Club in Nottingham. Highness Sound System. They rarely play anything at all recorded after 1984, with most of it being late roots and early dancehall.

The scene is cucumber cool with no trouble or even a hint that I've seen. There's also a covered smokers garden

It's well worth the trip even if you live far away, MightyZ comes up from PORTSMOUTH every month just to see them!

If you want a room that's on the doorstep of the session, book at the Ibis, it's also the cheapest in the area!

Dunno about the Tighten Up night. I've written to them asking them for a ticket so I can come and review them for this site but got no reply
