I have found a much better example of this dance by someone from BlingModeling.com, but get the feeling I may get banned from the RA site if I post the link!

I follow the bass drum. I don't really dance, it's more "grooving". Although sometimes when i'm doing the dishes (and always listening to reggae while doing so) I might step along to a stepper! In public it's not such a pretty sight so I limit myself to grooving my hips and my shoulders.

Survival,
In the same movie,Rockers, check how people dance to Big Joes/Jah Thomas - Midnight Rock, where Horsey comes and demand a replace with 'New LP from the Press'.People were dancing to the rhythm guitar and it is clear if you listen to tha beat and check the people attentively.
I have an early ska album called 'jamaica ska' on atlantic and on the back cover is a guide to 'dance the jamaica ska'.It includes such things as kingston head roll, rowing, western roll and on the spot hand drive.
