It sounds like early to mid 70s production. There is a song on "Chip In" by Wayne Jarrett called Jah Jah I that seems to be a remake of the song I'm looking for. The lyrics are very similar.

That's basically it. Again, it's not the early 80s song Jah Jah I on "Chip In" by Wayne Jarrett that I'm looking for, although the cut on "Chip In" does appear to be a remake of the song I'm looking for, which is in an early to mid 70s style.
