It is Possible you are talking about the JAh Works 12" (Tribute to Papa J) Seventh Sense Band Produced by Jah Rej forte, UK (Late 90's?) Sort of a digi Roots sound! Nice tuner.

if it is that tune it is available to download on a jah works compilation on a couple of sites. all those tunes are ruff. Jah rej is the brother of our drummer, i always liked the stuff he did in the early ninties.
There was a tape called One Foundation which had a dub lp on vinyl of the same name. The tape was killer and i always wondered why it wasnt put to vinyl also.
Guess i'll have to ask him that next time i see him. Incidently, if you do have either of those, you'll of heard the band im in as it had a track or two on them
