i belive that this record is newer, yes, but not less rootsy than great pieces of work people are soughting after on this website... if you're referring about that there are some steppas, even in 70s there are...

as far as i understood, there's no hype around m records

maybe some people here are too much into digging into the past to realize that there is someone doing such good roots music in this age, so i would like to advise them

pretty sure someone could be surprised by how much rootsy this album is

here's again the link, i used rapidshare this time

ps: i am on your myspace right now, now i ear why u liked it...;)

Im In the Uk by the way, this was the name *given* to me; still lost to why.

True true, maybe too far to say about the rootsy thing, over the few years i have got the general gyst of what people like on here, thats why i said that maybe.

Thanks for your continual contribution towards promoting this lp, a second upload on rapidshare is also very kind to those who wouldnt get it first time around.

Ah the myspace, well. Lots of that stuff is quite old now, We just finished an LP in the studio but its not released yet and nothings yet on the myspace so keep tuned for that one..

**Heart Breaker & No Barriers** are pretty dubby.

Just got a lossless copy from a friend. It's indeed quite good, especially the dub versions ( on for example 'original fire' )

Mine is number #816. ;)
You're right, it is a very good album and for a bargain price. I would have preferred to pay a bit more though and have the cover with the LP.
I would be interested in hearing the Prince Alla tune you were talking about. Can you provide a clip?

No diss to Ryan but it wont go down as a classic. There are not very many various artist LP's that ever did, name them? 12 tribes showcase is 1, in fact I cant think of any others.

gingy, it's strange you didn't appreciated this record to the fullest, maybe you're into a slighty different mood of reggae ?? ...cultural roots showcase is a collection of original material, but if we are talking about compilations, i think there are many really worthing your attention, post me for suggestions
