Sister / Empress Rasheda (Rasheeda?)

Post by bullit »

As you can see by the title. This artist has a few different names.. Im aware that she is a bit late in the reggae scene for many here, but i imagine theres a few that know of her works.

I had a tune idenfied a while back as "baby i told you so" by Sister Rasheda (yes im aware of the jacob miller version) but have never seen it, nor ever heard any mention of it.

So far, this is what i have found her to of done, im wondering if anyone can add to this list of tunes? and possibly tell me more about "baby i love you so" by her. I do know however that that tune was pre 1992.

All the Pablo productions are dated wrong, they were all from mid/latter part of the 90s. Lion for instance from 1998.

Genocide was 1992.

Im quite sure the Riz label didnt exist till the 90s.

Hail Him album was 1995, the title track was released on 12" before the album and re-issued within the last couple of years.

I think some others are dated wrong as well.
