Heres another one.
I'm looking for an early to mid seventies-stlye roots track. The subject matter is repatriation, and that could very well be the name of the tune. I don't remember all the lyrics, but it's something like this:
How long we must wait for repatriation?
How long we must be from our home lands?
How long we must feel the hands of babylon?
How long we must bear this sufferation?
??????
...you imprison me for the iley
Oh no, no, no, that won't hold me (2x)
We want justice for the people
We want freedom for the people
We want justice for the people
Or Repatriation
Or Repatriation
That's what I remember. I feel like I used to know who the artist is, but I just can't remember where i know this song from. Can anyone help?
Repsect.

Re: Song ID.
There are different songs by Al Campbell and The Heptones from the mid-late 1970s both sounding like Channel One productions and titled just 'Repatriation'. But sorry I don't remember the lyrics off-hand.

Yeah, that's it. Thanks!
Is it a single, or on an album?
