That is an excellent re-issue.
Funny enough, the day I picked it up from Honest Jons, the guy who runs "Light In The Attic" was in the shop.
He was talking to Lawrence, the guy who works there, about possible future releases. Unfortunately, I was not paying much attention to their conversation.

i'm quite looking forward to picking it up, but i hope that the "exclusive bonus tracks online" is NOT a trend that catches on!
thanks for the comments, everyone!

Marky Dread,
Search Itunes & Amazon and you might be amazed at what is out there that is not out on CD. I found a few that I had on my want list for CDs and they have never been released. I looked online the other day and I could download the albums for $8.99.
Here is what was out there:
[cover=1363,1566] [cover=1306,1505]
[cover=5110,4143]
I talked to a couple of producers by email and they said they will be leaning towards the downloads instead of CDs in the future. Two current releases that followed this are VIP Riddim & Taxi Unlimited. Very good tunes on them and I searched a lot for the CDs only to find out they were downloads only.
May have to get the turntable after all and not hope for the CD release!

Re: Earth, Roots And Water CD reissue
hey Gee -
thanks for the tip, i forgot that amazon has started doing downloads! i subscribe to emusic.com and have found some stuff that is GREAT and scarce! and the monthly fee is reasonable...
i am a "CD" person, though i do have some vinyl - just got tired of lugging it around after my many moves, so had a big sale years ago... always preferred my reggae on CD though (hope that does not open a can of worms for anyone!) - some GREAT high quality releases can be had for a song... i love the CD medium, but will have to do what it takes to get my tracks (NOT illegal downloads, though...)
thanks again!
