When comparing his songwriting, I consider him to be the British version of Beres Hammond. His is certainly in the top tier of British reggae singers.

My favorite album is Rhyme and Reason (Saxon, 1999). It's a two disc set of songs that most of us can relate to. My favorites are "Pass It On," "Quality Time," and "Lessons."

I agree with Reggae Rhythm Update. His songwriting definitely puts me in the mind of Beres Hammond. The way they arrange their words is just unique.

My favourite album so far is still Against the Grain. He shows quite a range on that one vocally and I would have to say Silver is running a very close 2nd.

Lloyd is consistent and with his powerful voice and obvious talent, he will soon be placed on the level he should be with the other reggae "icons" or "superstars".

I know his works "Can't Done". (tu)
