talk bout wen artist is singin a melody and 2-3 background singas follow him rite after with sometimes jus "uhhhh uhhh uh" ahhh ah ahh" and shizzle like that,
example:
lets walk under the moo-ooo-ooon liiiiight <-singer
ahhhh aaaaah aah ahh aaaaahhhhhhh <- background peope following the melody
lol hard to explain, i jus know in america they used to do that like in 60s when college rock was the hit, the background singers have mostly a lil higher voice..
my case: need more tune for insparation, i wanna do some tunes in that style but nowadays but i wana make it sound like those i past (probably the only way i could sing rite now is bake up a singer like dat"
sean kingston did pick up dat style in "beautiful girl" a bit but me wanna do roots like dat, no dancehall

I think you should get a compilation with The Paragons. And the new Trojan compilation with The Techniques. And keep on buying from Duke Reid. Best rocksteady ever made imo. And Alton Ellis "Sings rock & soul" ofc.
