Radiant Soul! Greetings from Exuma, Bahamas. I'm trying to find the name of an old Reggae song from the late 70s or early 80s. I can only remember a small portion of the lyrics which says "cow don't know the use of dem tail till the butcher cut it off". I would love to purchase any CD that has this particular song on it. thanks for your help!!!

I don't know if it's the same song, but the lyrics you say are from Looks is Decieving - The gladiators - From Trenchtown Mixup. I'd like to know if this is just a reference to another song if this isn't the one you are looking for.

I don't know neither whose song it is but jamaican lyrics often use popular proverbs like this. So it is not necessarily a reference to the gladiators song.. good luck
