he was here 7yrs ago(2001) but i was too young to be let in through the gates.
i saw the video later, d voice still d same but it seemed boring.
the biggest problem is the length of the performance, less than 50mins!!

Give the man a break here please! Gregory has been surviving in the Jamaican music business for over three decades having delivered a trailer load of reggae classics. The man is 57 years now and still going strong. Crowd in the Paradiso loved him yesterday evening, real classic performance from the one and only Cool Ruler!

i love Gregorys music, hes been on the go since 1969 , 40 years, even if a lot of his more recent stuff is terrible, i mean, just like lee perry, he has taken to churning out albums without a thought for the quality. Shame really that a great singer has to go like that, but i saw him in 2006 and he was still great, he did front door, number one, the border, none of his modern stuff

57yrs? thats nothing!

wish you could see how well my late grandpa(passed on a yr ago) split firewood at 105yrs!


so age shouldn't be a reason for d short shows...
the man is down to business not d music.

i know but when you think of hit songs like black a kill black or the border, or storybook children, jailer, fugitive..youve got to love gregorys sounds
