Rebel / Reggae Regulars.

Post by Collie »

Looking for a tune I remember hearing in the early eightes, thought it was by the above.
Lyrics went like this I think;
"Lets bring back the love we used to have"
"Jah love, Jah love"
May have been a 12" with DJ's possibly Eastwood & Saint.
Any pointers much appreciated.

Reggae Regulars - Jah Love on Greensleeves. Very early Greensleeves number was a double a side, can't remember what the other tune was, but I doubt if you'll be able to get it. Very early Greensleeves releases are hard to get, good luck.

I've looked on that Tapirs page showing the Greensleeves 45s, and I don't see anything titled "Jah Love" but there is one there titled "The Black Star liner" c/w "Where is Jah?" - which is record number GRED2. Is this the tune being discussed here?

I have this 45.

Ah! REBEL regulars!

So is REBEL regulars a typo? Should that be reggae regulars? Or did they go under both names?
