... sorry i can't check here but it can very well be the pic (with Promotional Records) on Ron's Smokey Room is my copy, although it still can be from another Upsetter friend we both know ... certain is, it comes from an inside out sleeved copy without doubt.

has anyone ever seen a copy without Promotional Records on it ?

First of all. I don't think we are talking multiple stampers as they are totally different stampings. The track order, size of grooves, width of run-out, all different.

Yes! I have seen the 'promotional records' label - this is the copy that I have HERE right now in front of me!! And it is spending a lot of time on my turntable... :D

Sorry Leggo,I didn`t make myself very clear.6anbatte`s and my copy of the Black Swan pressing have differing matrixes.Mine being A3/B4,6anbatte`s being A2/B3,which led me to believe they might have been multiple stampers.

Oops, sorry, I misread!

Yes, good question.

It obviously exists as we have a picture of it here!

Not your fault Trev. I think it's me that's not paying attention here!

Multiple stampers were common with the larger labels. But the copies on Black Swan are all the same - apart from slightly different matrices.

It will be interesting to see if anyone comes up with a copy of the Black Art without the 'promotional records' tag so we can compare matrix numbers there.

I've just had one of those Eureka moments.

The label ONLY has 'promotional records' on Side Two. Side One doesn't feature this.

BUT:

Check the picture on here:

http://www.strictly-vibes.com/george-fa ... t3284.html

The label is slightly different on this as the Black Art logo is NOT filled in with red on one side of the label.

I have also just realised that the 'Mango' edition seems to have the same track listing as the Black Art issue. So perhaps the stampers used for these two issues are the same.

Anyone have the Mango edition?

... this 7 has a different, less spacy take of [DIANA](http://cgi.ebay.com/GEORGE-FAITH-DIANA- ... dZViewItem) ; Don't Be Afraid on the other side is same as on the album tho ...

i'd also love to know if the Mango album is same as the Black Art ! ... the sleeve has the Island trackorder still ...

I wonder if that mix of Diana similar to the 12 inch 45 version. I must admit I haven't compared 7 inch, LP and 12 inch versions.

I'm presently uploading a vocal mix to my mixtape site (see my signature below for the url), which includes the brilliant 'All the Love I've Got - aka: There's a train'.

Should be ready by the time you all read this message.

The *Smokey Room* copy has "Promotional Records" on *Side One* and the logo is the filled in.
Here - **["Super Eight"](http://www.smokeyroom.net/albums/supereight.htm)**

Also If you look at the *Smokey Room* label (Side One) it has A.D. on the top left hand side as does the right hand *Strictly Vibes* label (Side two).

Wonder if the *Strictly Vibes* labels are from 2 different albums? :)
