i heard a Ini Kamoze's World a Music remix in a local radio show. It's not the ANTHONY B VERSION. But this remix was sing by a voice like by buju bantom or sizzla.

Sounds like you got a mash-up following Damian Marley's Welcome To Jamrock version Willie? I have a few like that but it's a bit late at night to dig them out. Without looking my best guess is a Punchline 7". Fairly sure one of those did what you say...
