Re Ranking Dread's RD In Dub: "Bom Dub" is one of the weirdest dubs I've ever heard. I instantly liked the blatant off keyish of it.

Dub albums I don't find very exciting: Top Ranking Dub; Drum Sound (pressure sounds)- very dissapointing; Prince Jammy destroys the space invaders has a lot of boring riddims, so does Kamikaze Dub.

I've been listening to **["Kamikazi Dub"](http://www.roots-archives.com/release/1552)** for nearly 30 years and never been bored with it once! :D

jammy destroys the invaders is a very very poor album. imagine me in 1982 i got it in Manchester, i was well thrilled, only to get it home and feel it was a waste of money.kamikaze dub, i just found it plain boring, i posted it to a dub crazy cafe in india so that they can play it.....but i am glad you and others like it, 6anbatte..just a matter of opinion really

Too true, Sean. What a tedious place the world would be if we all liked the same thing! :)

well i feel that one or two augustus pablo releases dont exactly do a great deal, with their slow monotonous riddims, no vocals, tinny harmonies, same riddims on every album etc

but i feel that the very worst stuff of all , on occasion, it has to be said, emanates from lee perrys direction. that is real bad..such an original talent but when the man makes bad dub, boy does he make bad dub.

"3 wise Dreads from Zion" on the GG's label. What a horrible boring LP this really is.

That album would have been *so* much better without the spacey video-game synths all over the place.

Yeah, that one is pretty boring, but actually not the most boring I've subjected myself to.

I'd have to say the worst dub album I've ever heard is *African Dub All-Mighty Chapter 5*. It has horrible digital instruments doing simplified versions of tired riddims we've all heard thousands of times. It's a very unfitting end to such a proud series.
